The objective of hiring and appointment process is to identify for vacant posts candidates to adapt and contribute to Ekol's vision, mission, objectives, and corporate culture, in accordance with annual recruitment plans, and to appoint candidates with the knowledge, skills, qualifications, and qualities demanded for the work and positions.
The application process to work at Ekol starts with the application form. A single form can be used for internships and part-time work applications. In addition ads are published on career portals for empty positions.
For each position at Ekol, the qualities and qualifications demanded are well identified. The hiring process entails the identification of these qualities and qualifications in candidates. The suitable applicants are then interviewed with respect to their qualifications, and personality inventories, foreign language tests, and general skills tests are implemented. The candidates found successful in this process are called to a second interview with the supervisor of the relevant department.
A candidate who is found successful in the assessment and interview process is then extended an offer by HR Hiring, Appointment, Development and Assessment Center.
