Bonded Warehouse Services
The implementation of GMP / GDP practices and the regulations of the Ministry of Health are crucial for the warehousing of pharmaceutical raw materials, medicine, and medical materials. With this in mind, Ekol has opened a special bonded warehouse to serve the pharmaceutical and medical industry, offering temperature control. There are two distinct temperature ranges in the bonded warehouse, offered in the normal area (15-25 °C) and cold area (2-8 °C). A special area is reserved for controlled products in the bonded warehouse, which is also suitable for warehousing pharmaceutical raw materials.

One of the most important items in the list of logistics needs of pharmaceutical companies is the warehousing and distribution management regarding promotional materials. Offering services to the leading firms of the industry, Ekol created a plain and simple management of the process for pharmaceutical firms, using custom systems developed for the logistics management of promotion materials.
After the products from the supplier arrive at the warehouse, thanks to the web-based system allowing for the photo-shoot and reception of product manager's approval, sales team to which the distribution will be made or creation of the orders regarding the firms, monitoring of order statuses and warehouse inventories, promotion product management is made a very simple process.
The traceability of the promotion products distributed and the return of delivery information is offered on the web up to the point where distributed promotion products are delivered over Ekol's own distribution network.
