Ekol Brings Turkey And Morocco Closer

Ekol Logistics steps up its restructuring efforts in Morocco. Ekol is to transport goods to Morocco’s Port of Tanger Med via a Ro-Ro line that connects Izmir’s Port of Alsancak and Spain’s Port of Tarragona. Preferring this line that offers quick transportation to Western Europe, Ekol aims to create an efficient service network in the Mediterranean Region.

Ekol will deliver goods from Turkey to Morocco on the Turkey-Spain-Morocco line within 144 hours.  As part of this service that provides quick and scheduled transportation in the Mediterranean Region, goods collected from all over Turkey by Saturday evening are delivered to anywhere in Morocco by the following Friday. And goods collected from Morocco by Tuesday evenings are delivered across Turkey on the following Monday.

Ekol Turkey’s Country Manager Arzu Akyol Ekiz states that Ekol strengthens its well-organized intercontinental logistics solutions with new routes and services. She says,

We plan a new restructuring in Morocco, which is a country included in our service network. Our first step is offering transportation service to Morocco’s Port of Tanger Med.  This will help us create significant advantages for our customers.

Morocco is Turkey’s fifth biggest trading partner in Africa. With its services, Ekol will contribute to the further development of trade relations between our two countries. In the following days, we will continue to expand our network to offer quality and uninterrupted services to more countries.
