Ekol Receives Business Partner Excellence Award From World Giant P&G

Ekol received this year’s “Business Partner Excellence Award” in the Logistics Field granted by Procter & Gamble every year to its strategic partners worldwide thanks to its strategic innovations and investments. Ekol FMCG Sector Manager Kaan Sarıer received the award from Chandra Vaddadi, the Director of P&G Global Logistics Purchases in the grand award ceremony organized in the P&G Headquarters in Cincinnati, USA on October 27, 2011.

Ekol received Procter&Gamble‘s 

Business Partner Excellence Award” in the logistics field by virtue of the broad-based assessment made by P&G staff every year amongst P&G’s strategic business partners worldwide. Among all of the countries in Centeral and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa(CEEMEA) region, Ekol has been the only winner in the branch of logistics for serving sustainable high performance and helping to improve world consumers’ lives with its partnership and continued collaboration.

The 2011 P&G Business Partner Recognition Dinner and award ceremony was held on October 27, 2011 at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel with the participation of the P&G Chair of the Board and the CEO. Ekol was awarded with the “Business Partner Excellence Award” in the logistics field thanks to its outstanding performance in the CEEMEA region. Kaan Sarıer, the FMCG Sector Manager, received this prestigious award on behalf of Ekol from Chandra Vaddadi, the Director of P&G Global Logistics Purchases.

Ekol is a continuously developing company of the Turkish logistics industry offering dynamic and innovative solutions and has been chosen from among more than 1,000 strategic and large volume suppliers worldwide that have been assessed for this award. Ekol has been providing international transport, warehouse, bonded warehouse and customs services offering Green Logistics practices in the CEEMEA region to P&G for the past 5 years. The whole supply chain from manufacturing in different European countries to the distribution warehouse in Turkey is being administered by Ekol through a mutually executed project.
