Talent Acquisition Process
At Ekol, we conduct competency-based interviews with suitable candidates. Depending on the role, we may also apply personality inventories, foreign language tests, and general aptitude assessments. Candidates who meet the evaluation criteria are then invited to a second interview with the relevant department manager.
All submitted applications are securely stored in our internal database.
